Welcome to the website for our four star bed and breakfast (b and b) accommodation in Rutland. We hope you enjoy looking at our site, and finding out what we have to offer.
Our bed and breakfast accommodation consists of only one bedroom, situated in our cottage annexe, and it has a kingsize bed with views overlooking the garden and the thatched cottage next door. Our cottage is situated in a small, picturesque village in a rural location not far from Oakham, Rutland. We are in a secluded spot reached via a private lane and have ample parking.
Both village pubs are a few minutes walk away and serve excellent food.

Rutland Water is a ten minute drive away, this is England's largest manmade reservoir and popular for cycling, walking, water sports, fishing and bird watching.
