Access Statement
Driveway – Gravel, allocated parking for one vehicle.
One step up through latch gate onto path (slab) to patio are. Along path there are a total of 7 steps down, no handrail.
Small step up into entrance hall.
All accommodation is carpeted.
Hall has a dining table with four chairs, also two easy chairs.
5 steps up to accommodation, with a handrail.
Bedroom – access around 3 sides of bed, no chair in bedroom, however stool on landing.
Bathroom – shower in bath, no handrail, but handle on bath.
Cancellation Policy - please read
It is very hard to write this , but it has to be done from a legal point of view, we hope you understand.
Acceptance of a booking either written, verbally or via email will create a legally binding contract between the person making the booking and Gable Cottage. In the event of late cancellation or non arrival we will take reasonable steps to re let the accommodation but if unable to re let the cancellation fee will be half of the total cost of the booking. A late cancellation is one which has been made less than 14 DAYS prior to the date of arrival. If the cancellation is outside this timescale your deposit will not be refunded and there will be no further charge.
